“Rajneesh” Chandra Mohan Jain (Hindi: रजनीश चन्द्र मोहन जैन) (December 11, 1931 – January 19, 1990), also known as Acharya Rajneesh from the 1960s onwards, calling himself Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh during the 1970s and 1980s and taking the name Osho in 1989, was an Indian mystic and spiritual teacher.
Osho’s syncretic teachings emphasise the importance of meditation, awareness, love, celebration, creativityhumour – qualities that in his view are suppressed by adherence to static belief systems, religious tradition and socialisation. His teachings have had a notable impact on Western New Age thought,[1][2]

Yes he just visited this planet from Hell.
hell??….what does that mean???…..he was the man who made this planet a heaven…..so his place cant be that hell…..b’coz hell is nowhere when osho is there 🙂 …

If that is so, then why did Osho compare true Spiritual people with almost non sense logic? Why did he say Jesus was good but less great than him? Was that not comparison? Osho just says not to compare so that his disciples do not take the trouble to going to other Spiritual personalities. Osho’s sayings are like No one should preach, only I will preach. No one should debate, Only I will debate. All are wrong, only I am right.
He says Vivekananda was an egiostic person, and what Osho is then – a person who says himself ‘Bhagwan’ Rajneesh. Or I am the greatest seer America was waiting for? All these things are childishly egoistic. What he says about Sri Aurobindo is total crap. No truth in them. Just do some googling, you will get to know. What he says about RamaKrishna’s trance as ‘epidemic fits’ are also bullshit. A person who says he has had sex with hundreds of female disciples and the point of ejaculation was Godly, can be nothing short of a Rapist’s definition of God.
Osho – the man who could not overcome his desires and so deceived everyone including himself making the most foolish law that God is desires, there is no need to abolish desire. The man who says attachment towards women, sex, food, cars, money and what not. You believe he is spiritual? Then I can safely say that you have redefined the Devil as God.

It is very easy to make fools to people. just twist some words, write some copy paste philosophy. Do some preaching and of course with some luck…and huge people will start following u..
Even you can give a try…But know one thing, the path to God is not easy. No matter how many people u fool, u can get not even an inch of God. Those who have known God are possessive of Supernatural powers. Writing twisted philosophy is not any sign of the Realised – having powers are. No power can come to u by sex or attachment. TO gain full mastery of oneself by not only controlling but eliminating of all desires, all preferences, by knowing oneself completely one can realise God. Truth consciusness does not mean write ‘Truth Truth Truth’ in some book and publish it. Oshos words are self contradictory and also contradicts with his own false statements. He says a person cannot live without breathing. It is wrong. In india there are many spiritual and occult people who go into Trance and breathing and also heart beat stops. Osho has realised nothing of that sort. So he writes or preaches things which are easy to understand for common people.
I am giving back to him what I got from him – criticism. Criticising other good people he has shown how one should treat him back. And I merely pay him back in the same coin.

The person who have posted first three comments above just don’t know what he is talking about. Probably he is watching Osho from a critic’s point of view. In fact I should not blame him for that. Osho has become so widely read that people have started extracting what good or bad they can find about him. No matter what kind of an opinion you have about Osho, let me tell you about his one simple and straight message : Be Meditative inside and creative outside. His message is Meditation. Rest are just stories about him.
If you can meditate properly using any of Osho’s techniques (which you will) the work of Osho is complete. Regarding his critique, he might not be he
best enlightened master ever, his meditation techniques are priceless and Osho should lived in our memories just on the merits of his meditation knowledge.
… And person’s like Osho or Gautam Buddha or Mahavir or Krishna are rare on the Earth.

OSHO, the only person in modern India who had the courage to speak the truth. He never hid if he had sex with 50 or 100 women. He is millions time better than so called Bapus or Acharyas who are fooling Indians and making money. I wish He was alive and teaching meditation to us. It will take another 200 hundred years for a mediocre person to understand OSHO. What happened to Budhha when he was alive I think Budhha was criticized more than OSHO. What happend to Jesus ….Before criticizing OSHO just think before you speak ..
